Thank you for considering adopting or fostering! Before continuing to the application, please make sure you can answer “yes” to all of these questions:
 

- Am I ready to commit to the responsibility of caring for a pet?
- Is everyone in my household on board and ready to add a new pet?
- Does my home safely accommodate the new family member I am inquiring about?
- Did I read the entire bio for the pet I am applying for?
 

If you answered “yes” to all these questions – then you may be ready to add a new pet into your home!
 

When completing the application, please know that:
 

- All questions and personal information must be filled in for your application to go through.

- By completing this application, you certify that the information is true and that any false information may result in nullification of the adoption.
- Meet and greets must be scheduled within a week of initial contact with an All About the Pawz volunteer

- Please note that we cannot “hold” any pets
- All resident pets must be fixed and up to date on vaccines – please call your veterinary provider and release records to All About the Pawz

- Adopters must be within an hour or so of Youngstown, Ohio 
- An All About the Pawz volunteer will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your
application via email provided or text. Please check your “spam” or “junk” mail if waiting for a response. 
- Please make sure every line is filled in and do not autofill or the application will not go through.

Dogs
- Puppies less than a year old $350
- Dogs 1-7 years old $300
- Seniors 8+ years old $200
 

Cats
- Single kittens less than 6 months old $100
- Pair of kittens less than 6 months old $150
- Cats 6 months or older $75
- Special needs cats – donation
